Last night Daniel and Lindsey Beshear and Denver stopped by for a visit. It was so nice to see them. Jason and I don't get to see Daniel and Lindsey very much with our busy schedules. They couldn't believe how big Christian had gotten.Christian was a little unsure of Daniel at first but he eventually warmed up to him. Hopefully now that Daniel's not working nights we will be able to get together with them more often.

A Squirrel On Our Squirrel Feeder
My father-in-law Kenny made this squirrel feeder for us so Christian could have fun watching the squirrels go in and out. So far we haven't seen any squirrels go in it but when we got home from our vacation a lot of the corn had been eaten. Then on Monday when Jason got home from work he came in the house and told me to hurry and look outside. Their was a squirrel on top of the feeder. Christian was taking a nap so he didn't get to see it. I know he will be so excited when he does get to see the squirrel go in the feeder. Thanks again Kenny for making that for us.

Dad's Birthday Dinner
On Sunday Christian and I went over to my parents house to hang out and celebrate Dad's birthday. They smoked pork chops, barbecue ribs, and chicken for dinner. Everything was very good. It was nice to see everybody since we'd been gone for the past week. Jason had a dinner he had to go to for work so he wasn't able to go with me over there.

Day 8: Saturday April 25, 2009
This was our last day in Jamaica. We were able to get up eat some breakfast and play on the beach for a little while before we had to leave. Our plane didn't leave until 1:45 p.m. Once we got to the airport the lines were so long. I thought we were never going to get on the plane. This is when I heard that there was a hijacking in the airport the day after we had gotten there and security was really tight. Christian did good on the flight home. He slept for the last hour on the flight. Mom and Dad picked us up at the airport in Evansville at 8:45 p.m. They were really excited to see us and Christian. I was so surprised when I saw that my Mom had cleaned out my car and our whole house when we were gone also. It was so nice of her to do that. It felt even better coming home to such a clean house. Thanks again Mom for everything that you do for us! We love you very much.

Day 7: Friday April 24, 2009
Friday was our last full day in Jamaica. We spent the day at the beach and at the pool. The weather was so great while we were there. We had a few days where it rained for about a half an hour in the afternoon but it never interfered with anything that we were doing. I totally recommend going to Jamaica for a family vacation. The people there love kids and are so accommodating for them.

Christian would always lean his head back when he was eating so we would tickle him.

Jason looking good watching the ocean. I think he looks great in the swim trunks. I love this color on him.
