The 78th Hadi Shrine Circus

Tonight Jason and I took Christian to the Hadi Shrine Circus for the first time. Christian had so much fun and he loved it! I hated to leave Jax with Mom and Dad but I knew that he would not have fun and there was no point in putting him through that. It was nice being able to have some time alone with Christian also even though I really missed Jax! When we got there Christian and I road the elephant and then he road the ponies. He got quite spoiled I must say! He had to have a light up wand, coloring book, and a glow stick to spin around! I think he also had one of everything there was to eat. He had two bags of cotton candy, a snow cone, popcorn, nachos, a pretzel, and a hot dog! Needless to say he did not go hungry while we were there! I was surprised that we stayed for as long as we did. We left right before the canon shot. which was the last act of the circus. The circus was like 2 1/2 to 3 hours long. I do think it was a little too long, but Christian loved it! His favorite part was all the different animals and the clowns. I am looking forward to taking him a gain next year!

Santa Claus Land

This morning we tool the boys to get a couple of Christmas pictures taken by Aunt Alisann and then we decided to head to Santa Claus lane to spend the afternoon. This was Jax's first time meeting Santa. He did really good! We had pizza for lunch and then we went to the candy castle. We actually were quite surprised when we got there and Santa was there. Christian picked out some candy and he told Santa what he wanted for Christmas. Outside the candy castle they had a couple of guys carving statues with a chainsaw. It was fun to watch! Then we went to the Christmas Store where the boys got to see Santa again! CHristian also loved looking at all the villages. He can't wait for Grandpa Shetler to get all his villages out now! It was a fun day in Santa Clause Land with the family!
