I have been slacking on the blogging this month due to my new obsession. I have a serious problem of not being able to divide my time evenly with things. When I get on a kick with something I tend to focus all of my time with that one thing and let everything else slide. I think the worse this has ever been was when I was reading the Twilight series. I finished all four books in eight days, but I barely slept or ate and I did nothing around the house for that entire week. The only things I did was read, played with Christian when he was awake and went into work. I would still read in between clients while I was at work. Anyways I think you get the point. This past month I have been pretty consumed with a new author that my Great Aunt Susie got me started on. Her name is Sandra Brown. For those of you who might have heard of her in the eighties and early nineties she was a romance writer then. In the last ten years or so she has been writing suspense novels. I have read five of her books in the last month and they are so good. She always has several twists and turns in her books and there is always a little bit of a true love story. Her books are quick and easy to read which I love. I recently ordered about ten of her books off of Amazon.com so that has been keeping me busy lately. The books I have read so far of hers are The Alibi, White Hot, The Witness, Chill Factor, and Envy. They all were awesome and I can't say one is better than the other. I just started Exclusive last night. I have so many things I want to get organized and caught up on, but I just love to read. It is so relaxing for me. I am going to try and take longer to read books so that maybe I can get others things done around the house also. I normally read a book in about three days but I'm going to try and stretch it out to about a week if I can. The hard part is once I get half way into the book it totally consumes me until I find out what is going to happen. Hopefully I can do a better job of balancing m priorities while I'm on this reading kick.

Celebrating Uncle Larry's Birthday Out On The River
Yesterday we went out on the river to celebrate Uncle Larry's birthday. His birthday isn't until tomorrow but we celebrated it early. The weather was really nice and we all had a great time. Christian just loves going on the boat. After we came off the river we went back over to Uncle Larry and Aunt Lisa's house while everyone got cleaned up. Then we went to the Mexican restaurant to eat. After that we stopped by Kevin and Debbie's house for margarita night. We all had a really great day hanging out. We hope you have a great birthday tomorrow Uncle Larry!

Girls Night
On Friday night Christian and I went over to my sister Becky's house for a girls night. Becky made spaghetti, Alisann made meatballs, Martha made garlic bread, and I brought over taco dip. We used to girls night a lot before we all had kids and were married. It's so hard for us to do this very often anymore. The sisters all had fun talking and catching up and the kids had a blast playing together. Hopefully we can plan this again sometime soon.
Playing dress up!

Andy And Heather's Wedding
Last night Jason and I went to his cousin Andy's wedding. Christian spent the night at his Grandma and Grandpa Shetler's house, so he could get a good nights sleep and so Jason and I could enjoy the wedding and dinner without trying to keep Christian entertained. Andy and Heather got married in Rockport down on the bluff by the river. Everything turned out really nice. Congratulations you guys. We hope you are very happy together!

It was so sweet. Andy gave Ryan a necklace as a sign of his love and devotion to her.

The Kiss!
Mr. & Mrs. Cross

The Pickerill Guys
The Girls of the family.

Travis gave an awesome best man speech.

They had an extra cupcake for Christian and Ryan was so sweet to make sure that I took it home for him. Thanks so much Ryan and Susan for saving that cupcake for Christian. He loved it!
